Mr. Degefu’s extensive contributions to meteorology and environmental science, along with his dedication to mentoring future leaders in the field, have made a significant impact both nationally and internationally. His leadership in establishing the Ethiopian National Meteorological Services Agency and his involvement in various global initiatives exemplify his commitment to advancing environmental science and education.
