Known for his expertise in emotional intelligence and negotiation, Dr. Flowers has built lasting relationships that enhance client and partner engagement.

 

Globally acknowledged for his contributions to community development and public service, Dr. Flowers has received numerous accolades, including the 2024 Global Recognition Award by The Global Recognition Awards™ and the “Thought Leader in Community Development” honor from the Asian-African Chamber of Commerce & Industry (AACCI). Dr. Flowers currently serves as the Partnership Coordinator for Energy Services at CEDA, where he manages outreach initiatives and quality assurance for multiple partner sites. His leadership continues to inspire others and foster a culture of excellence.
