As a Commendation Award-winning Associate Workplace Literacy Trainer at the Institute of Adult Learning in Singapore, he has demonstrated exceptional commitment to improving educational outcomes for adult learners. His extensive experience spans various roles, including English lecturer, pastoral care counselor, and curriculum developer, reflecting his multifaceted expertise in the field.

 

Throughout his career, Dr. Mahendran has been instrumental in developing innovative training programs and has actively engaged in research that enhances the quality of education.
